Camelia and Peter are privileged to be working with Jane, as Directors of the Jane Goodall Institute, to support Jane’s vital work in the areas of preservation of the great apes of Africa, conservation of the earth’s ecosystems, social justice and the promotion, through Roots and Shoots, of youth leadership here in Canada. When we told Jane about Pollination Project and asked her to give the mission her blessing, she responded simply by saying: “This is wonderful, important work. You have my support”. We will forever be grateful to Jane for the work she has done for our planet and on behalf of all the creatures and plants who reside here on earth. Mostly, we are humbled, but also emboldened by her love and inspired by her courageous example.
