The tapping of maple trees marks the return of Spring to Chanterelle Forest and we will celebrate maple tapping with a weekend of events that are fun, educational, delicious and suitable for all ages. The equinoxes mark the celestial passage of time and at Watershed Farm we will celebrate this passage of time by engaging in a variety of activities aimed at attuning our sensibilities to the changes and transformations that the seasons herald within us, biologically, creatively and spiritually as well as in the natural environment which we inhabit communally.
